

The Auk is an exhibition space for art, music and film located in Delaware county New York in the foothills of the western Catskill mountains. The Auk is in it's fledgling stage of becoming a center of cultural activity in Delaware county. Formerly the Robinson Brother's Auction, and before that Hulbert's General Store, the 1830's revival style building has a long history. In the fall of 2004 an exhibition of work by a handfull of artists, brought life in to the building.
Plans for the Summer of 2005 include the opening of a cafe serving light food and beverages, screenings of independent film and music performances.
The Auk seeks musicians and performers as well as filmmaker that are interested in showing or performing their work. contact is here
